As Manager of Learning, Talent, and Career Management at MTN Nigeria, he leads HR initiatives supporting over 2,000 employees, driving sustainable talent pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Previously, he led Learning & Development at the Nigerian Exchange Group, where he played a pivotal role in the creation of X-Academy, a financial literacy and capability-building platform.
